Could be some leak that safe banking is a go by 04/20? Heard there were 20 CEO's lobbying Washington last week to pass legislation. Governments are broke and need the tax dollars too.
Or we could have another big meger news being leaked.
Or a much anticipated short squeeze
Or big money coming back to the sector which tells me legalization is right around the corner.
