If the Canadian excise tax would come down, it would be a greater catalyst for Tilray Brands then even US rescheduling. The amount of pressure Trudeau is under it baffles me he continues to delay this action. The black market thrives because of it. The Canadian Governemt will actually lose more money long term not lowering it as more and more LPs disappear.  It's going to happen it's only a matter of time but what is the woke PM waiting on?  He will instantly garner massive support and popularity because of suck an action. Email the Prime Minster or Canada. Tell him how you feel

You are not the only one baffled by Trudeau.  How he hasn't been pied in the head yet is beyond me.  Go check out the old videos of his father (Pierre not Castro) having a pie thrown at him back in the late 70's early 80's (can't recall the exact time off-hand. It's unbelievable. He has less then 30 percent support from the population.  He needs a pie in the face if he can't figure out to reduce the excise tax already. This needs to be done ASAP. It's time we all send emails anything is better then nothing. I posted a link. You would think he could do one popular action to help his numbers.

Trudeau used Cannabis to win office, Biden did the same thing in 2020 but didn't do squat really to progress things state-side.  Yes, some research items got passed and I believe a few Veterans got the ok to use it for PTSD (as if they were't already).  Biden pardoned everyone with Fed Level Cannabis convictions which I believe TDR reported as zero.. lol.. it's so sad it'

Absolutely. I noted the same previously. Tilray is not waiting around for legalization but the excise tax reduction is something that will happen. Would save Tilray millions to re invest in its operations. I don't expect anything out of the USA anytime soon.

With that being said. I'm up for a surprise come this fall!  I'm hoping at the very least the very leastttttttt safe can get done and save lives. People can't even goto work in safety getting their pay in cash in many cases and dispensaries prime targets for thieves.  I can't wrap my mind around it who we allow to lead us.

The only thing I'm expecting soon is poor ER's out of the USA, from a few MSO's. One in particular.  Could have sold 2 weeks ago and bought TLRY. I think once the Feds calm down inflation, start slashing interest rates in 2024, Trudeau loses confidence in the house and is ousted lol. We will see a lot of M&A's coming up. The fire sale hasn't started yet. 2024 will

I agree Ventura. We might see Trudeau gone far sooner. Last separated PM of Canada was his father Pierre Trudeau in 1984. He resigned three months later maybe his son can do the same unless he plans on reducing excise tax. If that's the case I will support the clown just for all of our sake and Tilray Brands.
