I have read a few different articles on this and can't find an answer. They say Tilray has purchased the remaining 57.5% of Truss. So who owns the other 42.5%? The way it is worded leads me to believe that Tilray already owned some but I'm not sure? If not Tilray then who? Anyone know the answer to this? TIa

Tilray owned 42 percent already. They purchased the rest from Molson coors to become 100 percent owners

You see Hexo originally owned truss partially through a joint venture with Molson Coors. Tilray bought hexo and now bought remaining shares of Truss. Tilray owns it all
