The ceo of Canopy got greased with $40 million and it seems like he is trying to tank the company with a consolidation proposal that won't benefit any existing shareholders but could be setting it up for the STZ lending division to reap the assets. At least Tilray's beer purchases will generate revenue, increase delivery capability and those bottling facilities could be dual purpose for
