Regardless of Party the Fed Gov will get pushed into Legalization IMHO due to more and more states doing on their own.  Ohio just approved it and that makes 24 states now with Rec, there are over 40 with legal Medical. It's a matter of time and patience IMHO

It's just perception of the market won't be good for small period of time leading to a more bearish sentiment towards MSO's as opposed to Tilray Brands should a republican be elected.
