Sure, the key phrase there is incremental. If you are in a difficult position, its twice as hard to grow a another new business (at 177% for example) and not increase capex spending. Also consider, when it's time to move into the US will you have enough capex left? Not impossible, but its definately an added risk, but it can look good on paper depending on your persepective!
