RE:RE:TORO is missing the wave so far in 2017

RE:RE:TORO is missing the wave so far in 2017Raj, I rarely venture over to the down under when investing in stocks, so I'm not to familar w/ the dynamics of the region. I'm mainly focused on the athabasca basin & usa, yet, I must admit this company sticks out as an interesting speculation. I discovered it by studying what I feel will be the sweet spot in the emerging uranium bull market: developing emerging producers.... A couple of ques. re toro:

-how quickly do the regulatory wheels move w/ the Aussie govt.? when you've observed the progression of other Aussie resource companies in their dealings w/ the govt., how long do you think the final approval will take w/ Wiluna? Is the govt there usually friendly to the industry or have they been known to squash projects?

-what variables w/ the company are you basing your projection that they can be fully operational by '19?

-how much cash does the company have to ride out the time until production can be intiated? do you feel they can get to '19 w/o dilution?

-do you know what the pps that toro was when mga took its stake in the company? I do feel that vote of confidence equity stake is toro's greatest virtue to new investors considering the company.

-once production is in place, do you know where toro will rank in production capacity vs other aussie producers?

-how much confidence do you have in their director? do you think she has enough connections to lock in later deals to acquire further market share?

*** thanks for any info, I'm starting to follow this emerging story. your pdn comparison is interesting. actually pdn is back down to prices wh/ make it another possible homerun, considering they are sitting on the 4th most amount of uranium assets in the world! Not sure how closely you're watching the n amer scene, but i'm looking at another emerging developer wh/ may also have the ability to go pdn exponential like. arfield (ary) reminds me of toro in re to being seemingly close to outright production, yet has a very cheap pps.
