Why MGA CEOchose to sell NXE shares instead of Toro shares

Thos post, that I made, was taken from the MGA mesage board:

I had the pleasure to speak with Mr. Patricio some time ago, and I asked him what his reason was for selling a couple million of dollars worth of the NXE equity stake, and he said the money from the sale was required to keep the company operations goig .... meaning paying salaries  to the managers and directors, I imagine. ... but this got me thinking of why NXE and not Toro ... hmmmm ... then it dawned on me ...

The thing that strikes me the most is why didn't the CEO and the others directors chose to sell part of their Toro Energy equity instead?... as I have been saying for the longest time, the real value behind MGA's stock are the Toro Energy shares held by them. MOst poeple would think that NXE is the crown Jewel because that's all we hear about in the news when it come to North American uranium exploration, but keep in mind that Toro is also  big and successful in their own right.

I don't like to sound like an idiot optimist or Pollyanna but I can't help to think that Toro Energy could very well be the next Paladin Energy fairytale story in the making ... I remember the last Uranium Boom and Palladin surprised every analyst and investor when they came out of nowhere with their numbers. I'm hoping that Toro will repeat that feat .... even if only 1/10 of what Palladin accomplished and I would still be happy.

The MGA teamhave extreme confidence in the advancement of Toro and so do I ... I think the investment fairytale story of Toro is just beggining. Keep a close eye on them during the coming year. My first prediction is that they will at some point consolidate their shares, probably 5-1 or even as much as 8-1 because 2 billion shares is way too much and is an investor detractor.
