I expect this deeply undervalued stock to cross 20 soon. Any thoughts on a peak to sell at?

With a P/E under 5 and the S & P over 15 this should be $ 20 to $ 30 with its cash flow strong balance sheet and expiration potential at Media Luna. VERY undervalued !!
