Why? It never traded down to the issue price and I only received around 10% of the shares I asked to purchase. I'm sure the over allotment will be excercised.

I think the lack of public fanfare disrespects TPZ's ties to the best operator in Alberta. TOU. For example, the GORR's TPZ has acquired on TVE's Clearwater should have created more buzz.. ...more
