Why is this stock constantly declining?
Why is this stock constantly declining?Does anybody know what's going on? Seems like the corporate updates have been fine. Only thing I can think of is the large capital budget and the certainty of dilution in the not-too-distant future. Or perhaps it's the falling price of oil? Maybe these non-conventional oil assets (tar sands) aren't economic at today's oil price? If anybody knowledgeable in this field has an opinion, please post .
