SHRM has 20 million shares at $.15

Market cap is now 6x lower than SHRM.

SHRM float is 60 million shares.  One third of the shares is at $.15.

First, you are off by about 100M shares. Second, where did you get this idea that TRIP in any way compares to SHRM?
