I could be wrong, but IMO the latest development means there will be a deal. So 43 cad is guaranteed. Then there is an option(almost guaranteed) to take more if someone wants to take the Dissent Rights way. That "someones" are the institutional investors which will be ready to pay premium (over 43cad) for my shares, knowing that they will be paid healthy premium taking the Dissent Rights way, which looks more like a highway intentionally build for them......
