RE:Competing Offers?It is a done deal set to close 1Q2022 around Sept or Oct. this year.  What is interesting is they are going to operate SCR as a stand alone business in Canada.  Lol, now how many times have we heard that before.  What it really means is, they going to take all SCR subscribers, platform, media, everything and incorporate into Penn then close up shop.  I could be wrong but that is how it usually goes when there is a takeover.  Recent example, once again in the Mirijuana sector Tilray taking over APHA...
