If we're looking at more recent events, as far as I can remember, the 300 000 figure is the same as granted to Glen Kayll the new CFO (Dec 2015).  That said, this figure by itself doesn't say much.  More important are the strike price, the timeline and the other conditions.  You will get a glimpse at these only through the bottom notes of the financial statements for Q1 2016.............. in early May!
