RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:pre CC newsI can only give you common sense suppositions with a decent knowledge of the industry and a high degree of familiarity with the company, it's ambitions, and its management. TOS is now totally de-risked from both a balance sheet and regulatory standpoint. Another way of stating this is to say that it makes no sense for a potential acquisitor to wait. Reasons for waiting: maybe the share price declines, maybe a competitor comes up with a better mousetrap, maybe the company fails to execute on its plans. I see none of the aforementioned happening. What I see is: the share price continuing to go higher making an acquisition more expensive every quarter, product backlog continuing to increase, regulatory scrutiny enhanced with continuing bacterial infections from substandard instrument disinfecting. This is a very long winded way of saying that a bid could come at ANY TIME. Obviously I have no information that isn't in the public domain. And I know management wants to grow the company on its own. But as I've said before, given where the shares are held, the market will determine how this process plays out.
