- If you search LinkedIn, you can find 9 of the 11 people we have
- All of them have stable stints at Medivators, Nanosonics, JNJ, etc. The reason they are willing to come over if because they see better income potential here at TSO3 with our best-in-class product
- Assuming they get $10k commission on each VP4 sold, and $30k of selling expenses each year, here is some of their P/L scenarios:
- 15 units: $150k commission - $30k expenses = $120k income
- 20 units: $200k - $30k = $170k
- 25 units: $250k - 30k = $220k
I don't think these guys are willing to jump ship to TSO3 for $120k a year. But even at 15 units/yr/rep, I get to 165 units already. Add-in any CEO type and GPO orders from RR, 200 sounds like a reasonable number using this line of thinking as well.
I will leave it at that and shut up for now...let's see how the TSO3 story unfolds this year.
