It looks like you still love to spead misinformation. 

Unless you believe that TSO3 has issued a press release containing false and erroneous claims (in which case the FDA and securities regulators would be on the back of TSO3), then I refer you to the following press release issued January 7, 2019:

And I quote:  "On December 10, 2018, the US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) issued a Safety Communication alerting that higher than expected contamination rates in duodenoscopes have been reported. As the first and only low temperature method cleared and validated to terminally sterilize these instruments, the Company believes that it is well positioned to address this critical unmet medical need."

Currently, these instruments are simply not terminally sterilized and often only disinfected.
