This is what our board is obligated to do: if you feel they have failed the Corporation, and in my opinion, they really did, it is time to take action and the time is near.

Here are six key concepts with which directors of Canadian business corporations should be familiar: TOS' directors do not seem to be aware of some if not most of them and ought to be reminded soon in no uncertain terms, as I undertake to do it again (and I emphasize on the word again).

• Duty to manage;
• Fiduciary duty;
• Duty of care;
• Business judgment;
• Conflict of interest; and
• Oppression.

Please write them as it serves no purpose to criticize them on this board.
