You cannot be more right about that.

But RR and GK kept telling investors that things (sales...) were moving in the right direction while they were actually trying to sell the company instead of pushing sales.  At the very least, this is a lack of ethics.  I am sure that they have some common chromosones with a high-level person (T....?) who is a compulsive lyer. No US laws to prevent or punish those lies?
