Rumble doesn't want a channel partner if the price isn't what he think TOS is worth. The LOI with Getinge didn't materialize  because of that and that lead to the sell after approval current strategy. The question now is can he make it without additional fund? And if not, will he be willing to accept bid before approval?  US is 40% of the 3B$ market but there still 60% or 1.8b$ that could be reached without FDA. 

I think everyone is overreacting buy if bad news is on the way,  i hope he'll be wise enough to start accepting bids even if FDA aproval isn't there..
