We are maintaining our SPECULATIVE BUY rating or C$1.75 target price following a regulatory update, which simply told us that TSO3 has received an Additional Information Request and is comfortable working through this process. We asked the CEO if he remained confident this would ultimately be the approved filing (as stated at the AGM prior to any feedback from the FDA), and his answer was yes. Although we are lacking details, we interpret this to mean that the company has passed the “how and why” of the science (and predicate issues) and is onto the more standard bits and pieces that all 510(k) filings generally go through.
