could force the players at the table to try to buyout TSO3... If the new claims gives them a clear competitive advantage, recognized by the FDA, (like begin designed as the new FDA reference for low temp sterilization) all other competitors in that space might lose replacement and new sales by default. It's one thing to have a competitor having a new FDA approved product but it's another one to compete with the reference used by the FDA to judge the other sterilizer. IMHO things will go fast after an approval if no deal has been signed.
