A short turnaround time for the previous 510k plus constant dialogue with the FDA for the most recent submission suggest to me that the FDA is close to approving. I think the science part is done, otherwise we would have heard more about that from TOS, so now it is the end game.
I expect channel agreements are already worked out (assuming FDA approval) and announcements about channel agreements will follow very shortly after approval.
