There's nothing else to say.  He doesn't have to justify a process he can't change or completely controls. He's doing the part he controls and follows the established rules. It's boring and annoying but it's the process so let's wait for the outcome before throwing him rocks. If a channel deal/buyout don't come fast after the approval then I'm all in to blame him because he had all the time in the world to prepare for this moment
