RE:RE:RE:Short Position as of Dec 15If the warrants have been shorted, they haven't been exercised, at least as of Dec 15.  That could be because the shorter expects the sp to drop below 1.875 or because the short sale is taxable when the short position is covered.  The latter seems more likely to me but I was wrong once so you never know.

So, if the shorters just want to push the tax to next year issue there could be a lot of warrants exercised in the next couple of weeks.
