Poised for Breakout (and takeout?)

Poised for Breakout (and takeout?)Tso3 has become a leader in low-temperature medical sterilization technology. Recently engaged in a global distribution agreement with Getinge securing performance-based minimum order quantities for a five year period, at what point will it become more cost-efficient to make a takeover bid? Moreover, what other applications could Gentige apply within their current product arsenal to the technology of the VP4? While the focus has been on effectively cleaning medical surgical equipment beyond the standards of competitors, could this technology or patents be adopted to other sectors outside or even within the health care community?

With about a month until Q4 disclosure and the warrants now behind us (as we patiently await for the news release indicating the quantity of warrants exercised), Tso3 is poised for a breakout. Coverage from analysts at Canaccord Genuity positioning a $3.25 target further excacerbate the notion that Tso3 is currently on "sale" at these prices and that there are positive trajectories in the short and medium term.

However, looking long term, I really do wonder how long it will be until a takeover bid is offered. It would not surprise me nonetheless if such discussions have already taken place informally or otherwise. With the FDA approval imminent, it will act to further legitimize Tso3's novel technological approach to sterilization and this company will be on the map to those it has eluded until this point.
