RE:Liolios The stock has certainly been acting "heavy" and the overall market certainly hasn't helped. But you can't lay it on Liolios. TOS has no earnings, no public backlog, and has a very small market cap. For potential institutional investors, that means more due diligence than usual. They will likely want to meet with managment and many of them will likely want to wait until they see what early sales results look like (i.e. backlog) before investing. No insitution worth their salt will take a position in TOS just because the IR firm argues for it.
