Well, surprise!
Barely a week ago I filed a request with HC under the Freedom of Information Act where I was looking for the existence of any recent filings by Tso3. It seems the filing is still not there. We'll see
in a few months when HC gets back to me.
Meanwhile, more than two monts ago (going on three), I also filed another request for both the Statement of decision and the Summary of Decision Basis related to the 125L+ as, in my little mind, the tech caracteristics are such that they would lead to an easier way to show that it can deal with the nasty scopes.
Anyone out there who has good connections with the Harper? Yes, the ugly one.
If ever HC gets back to me, I'll share.
