Meaningless, unless MS is trying to make the spurious argument to IRROC that they are innocent players of both sides of the trade. lol.

What will be meaningful, is

- to get some reputable US analyst coverage as suggested by GoPats in light of....

- some clarity on the marketing and approval of the VP4 in the EU

- a date for the quarterly and year-end cc and reports 

- some real sales and order numbers reported prior to or during the cc (I wonder where that recent 'insightful' analyst got information following that last vague 'operations update' that all units that will be produced for most of the year have been either sold or have firm orders for them?)

- the end, finally!!!, of this short interest / warrant arbitrage that continues to be an overhang over a month out from the warrants being exercised... (are there deals going on in a secondary market or behind the scenes between holders that are dragging on for reasons unrelated to TOS?)

- an FDA update

- plans for the 80L and other new technology announcements using this patented revolutionary and game changing....

- this and 'so much more'....

Ah, but I am just speculating, again. :)

All is good. I just don't see why the share price hasn't broken through $2.50 yet. (And, I mean in US $.)
