RE:RE:RE:RE:SHORTSHis point GoPats is that indeed MS was selling into the market for many weeks/months and was depressing the price and now they are buying and it has affected the price on the TSX both on the downside and now the upside. Also I know the shorts have been covering especially in the last couple of weeks. I appreciate your input on this board but it is his opinion and he has a right to express it and in this case I think he's right.
On another point for you posters who deride the value of TOS having an actual location in the US I would point out that Health Canada has validated T3OS,s system of sterilization for all scopes from what I understand and it is a fait accompli in Europe so far as I know.
Therefore a question: If the USA is not the ultimate mover of share prices, especially on this stock, why isn't it trading in at least the 4/5 $ Canadian range right now?
The 'why' is that until the FDA [USA] validates and it trades on a legit US exchange the large houses here, in the US and worldwide, will not be fully engaged which is absolutley critical for this or any stock. Period.
