RE:RE:US investors

RE:RE:US investorsElgin, I am the 2nd larget US institutional investor behind Gilder, Gagnon so this whole argument hits home. There are several reasons why it's a slog to get US investors on board: 1) the stock does not have a US listing 2) the average daily market cap volume is very low and 3) the company does not have a track record. Having said all that, it is certainly worth the effort and I'm not going to repeat the various reasons mentioned by Glen Kayll (or my many posts on the subject) yesterday during the AGM but I urge you to replay Glen's portion because he gets it. US institutions work similarly to retail investors who talk to their friends about why they should look at TOS. They talk to each other, and they share good ideas. The trick is to place stock in a handful of US institutions that can take the risks inherent in this stock and have them spread the word to their insitutional friends. Heck, that's what I have done for the past couple of years.

As well, Rumble is not looking to growing the company because US institutions aren't on board yet. Instead, he doesn't want to get picked off at these levels and believes he can add true value to the company with smart industry tuck-in acquisitions. At the end of the day, he wants a more valuable company before the hounds break door his door.
