New Talk of AcquisitionsOf late, starting with 2015Q4 CC, and now AGM/Q1, RR/Kayll have made reference to targeted acquisitions of niche/complimentary products. Within, same breath, they have expressed difficulty in bringing a US investor(s) on board due to mkt cap, trading volume, size, etc, etc. And, let's face it, they do not need to do a financing and shareholders do not want it. (NO dilution)
if a US house wanted a significant stake in TOS, perhaps they could be involved with an acquisition, especially if the purchase was made in TOS shares. This would avoid them having to purchase in the market where they are concerned with volume, etc.
Regardless, i would take some US analyst coverage anyday now.
