RE:RE:Here is the News !!I believe you have it right, Darrow. The FDA extended claims approval reads for up to 4 channel scopes, but this is just because FDA reclassified the 8 channel scopes in the submission as 4 channel scopes. The approval was for exactly what TSO3 applied in Dec. 2015.
This long awaited news is exceptionally positive, of course.
The sky is looking very blue, and very sunny for TSO3!
You can bet an announcement will soon be made regarding expanding manufacturuing capacity, as demand for this unequalled and revolutionary technology will now start to skyrocket. They will do some expansion with shifts, probably, in Quebec, but expect the new manufacturing faciilty to be in the US, probably near the S. Carolina distribution and education facility.
I had expected Getinge, JnJ, among others, would have made their play for TOS already before these claims were in, but an offer in the $7 - 10 range this year no longer seems unrealistic. As I have stated before, TOS is easily worth over $10 to JnJ, today, as the VP4 and other technology in the pipeline will make obsolete those aging and previously market dominant Sterrad units JnJ now produces. And, JnJ has a ton of cash allocated this year for just such a purchase!
