As far as I know, there is definitely no institutional seller.
This is some group of traders, seemingly out of the US, who are just playing with the share price. They know Nothing whatsoever about the company, except that it was a good trade to do a bear raid on after the cc with probably no news for some weeks to support the share price.
They are shaking out as many as they can!!
