The agreement allows TOS to factor up to 100% of its accounts receivables from Getinge at any time, making funds available within 3 days from invoice. I have heard that the interest rate on this factoring agreement may be in the low single digits on an annualized basis. This will allow more capital to be freed up. The company would now have the ability for M&A or even stock buybacks...
