4th quarter and 2017 visibility?

4th quarter and 2017 visibility?

Normally, I archive the conference call so I can go back and recheck facts when I need to but for some reason I cannot find my archive of the last conference call.

In the last conference call RR indicated that he was planning on giving us an early look at some information that would normally be presented at the end of year/4th quarter call in March. I may be mistaken but I am almost certain that he specifically indicated that the early look would indicate the numbers for 2016 (I thought he mentioned delivered and installed would be included but I am not sure); I thought he did say he "should" be able to provide some visibility for 2017. My general impression was that we would be getting a lot more information in the early look than just the number of units delivered to Getinge.

Am I mistaken in what was implied for the early release of info?

Also, in the same cc, RR very specifically pointed out that the 4th quarter was typically Getinge's biggest quarter.  Having seen a flat number from Q1 to Q2 was not unexpected. A bump to 30 in Q3 was nice to see; however, again expectations were set to high with the statement about Getinge's Q4 normal performance. A flat number from Q3 to Q4 is not exactly what I would say is meeting the expectation set by RR at the last cc.

The share price performance on this stock is pathetic and this company remains an easy and CHEAP buyout target.

I have talked to a few other investors, one of whom talked to LiosLios not long ago. Apparently the team that was managing TSO3 at LiosLios has moved on to demonstrate their prowess somewhere else in the company and a new guy just recently took over - and probably knows less about TSO3 that some of the guys on this board.

I have heard all kinds of theories about Getinge and JnJ. I am sure someone at JnJ is paying attention and Getinge's pathetic attempts to hide the goose are just that, pathetic. My speculation is that Getinge's motives are entirely self-serving. There have been several theories espoused regarding the potential take outs and clearly Getinge is still in the process of bailing water out of their ship and patching the hull; and they are  in no way capable of offering anywhere near fair value for the company.

As long as Getinge has a lockdown on the information, TSO3 will be perpetually undervalued. "If you build it, they will come" may have worked in a movie but it doesn't work in the market place (stocks or otherwise). Right now there is about as much "real" buzz around TSO3 as 5 year road kill in the desert.

Will a press release on FDA submission or expanded claims lift the shares, or any other noteworthy news item? Sure, but I am certain they will only lift the shares to some reasonable value only to be trounced again and again under the plodding pace of PR that seldom does more than titilate and does little more than leave investors to spend days if not weeks trying to parse the PR into meaningful if not intangible information. Oh...and also creates endless threads of "what did this mean..." on this forum.
