RE:Old Game

RE:Old GameI love the story, but the execution leaves me wondering if this is headed down quite a bit more.

Lets say for example, that instead of growing sales by 10%ish per quarter, they do 25% growth and get to $6M+ in revenue in Q1, $2.5M+ in gross profit, but still have R&D growing by 10%/quarter, and SG&A expense growing by a similar 10% per quarter.   Then 3 quarters later, they would still be losing money.   Gross profit would barely be covering SG&A expenses so they'd be losing whatever when into R&D.   More or less.

I think people are slowing coming to the realization that they just might be a year or so early to this fabulous story.    WHEN sales eventually take off and the reins are put on R&D and SG&A, then we might start to become a money maker, instead of a money loser.

TOS is on my list for tax loss stocks to watch for in December.  If it gets low enough, I may be willing to eat a few more quarters of losses with the hope that 2019 is a blowout growth year for the company.
