RE:RE:RE:RE:Olympus not GetingeDrrwong, your conversation with RR which raised the prospect of a "forced licensing" deal raises a new possibility.  Depending on what a "reasonable market rate" would be, TSO3 could become something of a cash cow if a major portion of flexible scopes wind up using TSO3's technology.

Any thoughts on how a licensing deal would pencil out compared to a buy-out by an entrenched sterilization company?
