RE:Joint filingThanks for the question, and I got several inquiries from other bloggers as well.
We know TSO3 is using data from Pentax ED3490TK and Olympus TJF-Q180V scopes data for its D-scope filing, and they are co-filing with Pentax.
I stand corrected on Olympus as others pointed to me that they are not part of the FDA filing, even though their scope (TJF-Q180V) is extensively used. Sorry guys/gals.
But like i said on my previous post, they will be working with TSO3 on any new scopes filing due to the new FDA requirement, and they will be "forced" into a closer working relationship with TSO3 over time.
Once again, sorry for the misinformation, but the rest of my previous post is still valid.
