Dr. Cash
Dr. CashDr. Cash,
First off, thanks for all of your observations and analysis from the conference. Its nice to see a hard working, dedicated shareholder. However, at the end of the day none of this matters. None of the gobbly goup that you heard from RR's lackeys matters. They could share the most wonderful tales of prospective sales traction and dreams of market share gains. But guess what, they've been trained by Rambling Rumble and we've heard these tunes now for years. All that matters is;
1. How many units has Getinge sold from its inventory?
2. How many sales has Ramblin's new sales force sold from Getinge inventory? What is their pipeline or backlog of sales look like?
3. How many units are in the field producing consumables revenues?
4. Where is the negotiation process with Getinge at and when will there be a resolution?
5. When will we get FDA 510K clearance given we are now 6 months past the CEO's end of 2017 target?
6. When will we get a functional, independent board of directors that holds its management team accountable in good times and in bad?
I suggest each and every shareholder that reads this board (yes including you Rumble and your team) whether you hold 1 share or millions of shares go to bed tonight and think about whether or not this is the board and management team you want to lead this company for the forseeable future? Vote with your shares! Are you all prepared for another year or ten of value destruction? Are you all ok with paying out millions of dollars in options, bonuses and golden parachutes (yes, look closely at your Information Circular's) for losses upon losses upon losses from years of missing expectations and lack of execution? Is everyone ok with yet more dilution to fund Ramblin's dreams of sales and market share gains? Who will fund a sales and marketing initiative if and when the Getinge deal fails? The answer is you the shareholder! Think long and hard before voting your shares ahead of the May 9th AGM.
Cash, the proof is in the pudding so to speak and this company is excellent at talkinking about how sweet the pudding is but we never, ever, ever get to taste any of it.
