And, I might add, just for colour, the question: "Where is Mr. Rumble today?" Where and to whom is he making his first sales pitch including now being able to say that his product, the VP4, is the only one in the market that is approved to terminally sterilze all these endoscopes, including duodenoscopes, including Olympus's Q180V? I received a phone call this morning from an intelligent and knowledgeable investor who mentioned it was his understanding RR is is Seattle today. Now, I wonder what he is doing there? Are you aware that Seattle is the focus of an ongoing legal suit against Olympus for their possible negligence in the wrongful death of a patient at Virginia Mason Medical Centre. For background:  https://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-olympus-scopes-outbreak-emails-20180118-story.html

I don't think I would be wrong to say I expect today Mr. Rumble is giving a presentation at Virginal Mason where he will find an exceptionally interested and motivated buying group and possibly sign agreements for sales of VP4 units so that this excellent reputable hospital can begin to lead the way to implementing a new improved standard of care in the use and sterilization of duodenoscopes, among other endoscopes. I wish him and his team well.

This should be a new beginning for TSO3 and I commend Mr. Rumble and his team for getting this breakthrough differentiating approval.

What did Buffett's mentor Graham say about the importance of a successful company for investment having a moat? The unique FDA approvals that only TSO3 has to sterilize a host of endoscopes is one of the best moats I have ever encountered. Period.
