TSO3 is the 3rd worst performing stock on the entire Canadian market excluding all resource companies. Shares are down a staggering 66% year-to-date followed by the two Canadian promotes Hive Blockchain (HIVE) at -66.5% and Urthecast (UR) at -73%. Our TOS shares are lumped into a pile of highly speculative, concept like stocks with weak management teams, poor corporate governance and capital eroding business models. So the question to shareholders remains; do we deserve to be in such company? Why have we not had any updates on sales progress at getinge or the superstar team put together by Ramblin? Why do we still not know how many units are in the field after years of being told that we would get better visibility? Why has our capable CFO and Ramblin CEO created self-induced financing risk? Why has the deal with Getinge not been negotiated yet? Why have we not heard a peep from industry publications on the recent 'game changing, never before been done' 510K duo claims? Why are we still paying these bloated salaries and option packages for poor execution and VALUE DESTRUCTION? Why is management still based in South Carolina, what value are shareholders getting from management's presence in a beach front, golf induced, horse farming vacation spot? When will shareholders stand up and ask for a change after 10 years of nothing but exaggerated dreams of unicorns, rainbows and VP4 unit sales and market penetration?
