August 1

August 1If Ramblin terminates the current agreement with Getinge without another suitable partner and cash in hand look out below. There is simply no confidence in this team to build a sales and marketing group let alone the significant price and dilution it will cost shareholders. If Ramblin goes this route he should be terminated on the spot with none of that fancy severance package he was awarded. Who would support a ceo that has destroyed this much value and an internal sales plan? How many units has he sold? What % of revenue comes from high margin consumables? How bad is q2 gunna look? How long should shareholders put up with this? How many shares has ramblin and the gang picked up since the stock has cratered since January? Look at this ceo’s Comp relative to other tsx/tsxv ceos with market caps under 100 mm and then pull up a 10 year chart? How much longer should this go on? Where is an update already? There are hundreds if not thousands of capable executives in the US medtech industry that could perform more effectively for a third of the price and that would own a real stake in the company. Time for change!!!
