I think what you missed and everyone else missed is that Courage is a big asset to the TSO3 sales team and all that they bring to the table as far as reputation and insight into the hospital equipment industry.  I look at it this way this quarter is like planting a crop of ever bearing fruit, with the harvest starting in the next quarters next quarter will be further planting and will add to the harvest of the previous quarter and on and on it goes. The results of this quarter should be given in sales possibilities as well as firm commitments for the comming months. You cannot make up a news release to say that kind of thing so it has to be stated at the quarterly call. I personally think that this is RR's first chance to show what he can do with his own sales force and I think bringing Courage to the table shows he is capable of attracting the kind of players needed to put the VP4 in front of the right kind of audiience
