RE:Traction and Action

RE:Traction and ActionIf there was any traction we would have heard about it by now. RR is sitting on his horse farm in MB with fingers crossed hoping he is part of one of these provincial tenders. There is likely no US traction to speak of or else we would know about it. VP4 has been approved in Canada for many years and there have been no meaningful sales to speak of and now tenders in two Canadian provinces is somehow the low hanging fruit that will turn this company around? I just don't get it. Shareholders should all be asking this board why the company remains loyal to Ramblin Rumble. Shareholders have rights. A special meeting should be called and the current board and the CEO should be terminated. It is time for Ramblin to go. Part of the problem among poor decision making, lack of leadership and absolutely no capital markets abilities to speak of is that he has treated this company as his own personal piggy bank for years. He has been paid well to accomplish nothing. Literally...NOTHING yet this board continues to employ him. This is boarder line criminal. The company was moved to MB so that RR could be closer to his family's horse farm. there was no strategic reason for the company to move its headquarters there. the Caisse should have taken great exception to this move yet like the board they are quite passive. Ramblin's insider sales last year given his knowledge of NO sales and a deteriorating getinge relationship (likely his doing) is also likely a securities law violation and should be looked into. There is no positive outcome with this guy as the CEO.
