Can anyone tell us the date of application for patent that this news refers to. If it is 2014 it will have taken 4 years to grant the patent. This may be reasonable, I don't know. This looks like old news to me.
Some broker may have made what was to him a discovery.
I have copy of one of the original patents for the process. I am not at home so it may take a while to verify.
Whatever the case may be it is the FDA approval that is important to us anyway.
