It is not always a good idea to disclose to competitors very quickly everything that you do.

I have seen a number of companies being chewed up by much larger competitors that wanted to eliminate competition.  They may learn or know where you place your equipment, but they may not know everything.  There is no need to feed them as it occurs.

Further, reporting on a monthly basis also creates a pressure to deliver on a monthly basis at the expense of longer-term results.

I do not mean to excuse avoiding to report appropriately to measure performance, but regulators are in fact discussiong the merits in that regard of reporting semi-annually (as in several other jurisdictions) instead of quarterly.

So be patient and wait for the first week of March for more details even if, as you, I would like personnally to know more earlier.  But that desire needs to be balanced against other objectives.
