RE:Any REAL Info on this is appreciated!!!BA, I joined one of the previous CC’s and put that very question to RR as I happen to have a personel tie with the then head of cardiology at Mount Sinai. RR somewhat reluctantly admitted to what I had already surmised and that was that the VP4 was never installed and that led to the assumption that the same was true at the other two teaching university hospitals. Now there was some discussion as to the complexity of oxygen systems during the Getinge tenure having held up installations. However in my mind shipping out three suitcase sized plug and play new O2 systems to these locations should have had them up and running in a matter of days........me thinks there was maybe some major pressure from the “big” boys that are still keeping these units in a storage closet somewhere on campus.   I M ( disgusted) H O
