Last year, the results were released on March 21. The CC was announced on MArch 7, 2018.
I am surprised that no announcement was made as to the date the Q4-2018 results would be released.
It may be that there is a snag in their procedures. Normally, their release is coordinated with the Annual Information Form and they have only 90 days from year-end to publish everything.
I checked on Sedar and there are only 2 recent items: yesterday's PR and the notice of AGM.
Normally, they looked at PRs as they have issued one yesterday.
Could it be something related to the audit? Courage Capital invesment was announced on Aug 1 2018. Normally, that event was cleared by auditors before the Q3 results were released.
Lack of the PR spells uncertainty and the need for transparency.
